Principal photography was completed on January 14, 2001 with the shooting of the News Replay scene at Vic's house.

We've been editing as we go, so most of the film is already cut together.

If I've learned only one thing from this experience, it's about the dynamic nature of independent, no budget film making.

Everything is a compromise and every scene is going to turn out differently than you envisioned it. Scenes are rewritten as you go due to scheduling conflicts and location problems. Because of the weather and because of the equipment.

Scenes are rewritten on site because the rooms to small or there's a window where there's not supposed to be or there's no sunlight when it's supposed to be the middle of the friggin' day!

So you've got to learn to temper your expectations and reserve some of the creative process for the "on the fly" decisions.

Otherwise, you're going to wind up with the barrel of a 45 auto stuck in your mouth . . . one in the chamber . . . index finger quivering on the trigger . . . all the time knowing that you're just too much of a pussy to pull the trigger.
